Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. In case of receipt of damaged or defective books please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. The matter should be reported within 5 days. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

We strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every book as it’s described on our Website. You’re eligible for a refund within 15 days if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if the book doesn’t arrive.

1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, if your return is the result of an error on the bookseller’s part. If you receive the incorrect book or if it arrives damaged, you’ll also be refunded. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the bookseller within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.

2. Book Did Not Arrive
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book hasn’t arrived 8 days past the estimated delivery date, up until 30 days past. (For example, when the estimated delivery date is November 1st, the return can be initiated between November 8th and December 1st.) If the bookseller provides tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the return is void.
  • Your refund will be processed to your credit card once we receive the book back.
  • In cases where the book is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes the book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.
  • Bulk orders of 20 or more copies are non-returnable.
